Steve Gadd recently toured Europe with his successful 'Mission From Gadd'. The first couple of clinics, however, were cancelled due to the vulcanic ash cloud above Iceland. Now that Steve Gadd returns to finish the tour Adams saw an opportunity to get the legendary drummer for their Drumfestival on September 12th.

Drumaffairs is a combined effort from the legendary drummer Simon Phillips (Toto, The Who, Jeff Beck, etc.), Mike Schäperclaus (Paul de Leeuw, Amsterdam Percussion Group) and Josep Vicent (APG). With their powerful sound they explore the possibilities of percussion. Sometimes extrovert and explosief. Sometimes soft, melodic and minimalistic but always fascinating for the audience.

Every year Hoshino sponsors the prestigious North Sea Jazz festival by providing Zildjian cymbals for all drumkits at the festival. With this big operation we proudly support this unique festival. This year there was a great line-up again which led to a huge amount of visitors. Not to our surprise because amongst the artists were: Stevie Wonder, Joss Stone, Herbie Hancock, and many, many more. Since it's release the TAMA Starphonic has been a huge success. Especially artists are already very fond of this snare drum series. The ground breaking innovations from TAMA have made this snare drum a brand new classic.
Because of the success TAMA has released a limited stainless steel version of the Starphonic. It features the same 1mm steel shell as the Warlord Spartan. But this is vintage all the way!
TAMA just introduced the Speed Cobra drum pedal for this years Summer NAMM. This lightning fast pedal offers you the possibility to play with incredible dynamics and fluid speed without
experiencing muscle strain. Speed Cobra’s smooth and stable action is
based on the Iron Cobra’s prominent heritage and allows you to play
every possible delicate nuance to create your own personal playing style.
Speed Cobra’s extreme velocity and serious power feels like nothing you’ve ever played before.
